- Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. If your order was placed over the weekend, it will be processed the next business day.
- Pick up orders will be held for 5 business days. If orders are not collected within this time or we have not contacted concerning the order, it will be canceled.
- Orders that require payment to be made via bank transfers, will NOT be process or shipped until payments are made.
- Once your order has been completed, and your package has been collected by the courier, a delivery notice will be sent to you.
- Deliveries are done Monday – Saturday. This does not include public holidays.
- Most packages are delivered within 1 – 2 days for urban areas, and 1 – 4 days for rural areas.
- ODeliver and Body Treats and Goodies are separate entities. ODeliver is responsible for the proper handling and timely delivery of packages to our customers.
- Please note that delays in delivery may occur due to unforeseen occurrences (accident, inclement weather etc.)
